Hold the 50g spray bottle upright, roughly 10–15 cm (4–6 inches) away from your dessert surface.

Press the pump bottle firmly and quickly to emit a controlled cloud of dry powder mist.

Rotate your cake or dessert while applying short, light pumps to build up color intensity gradually or draft custom gradient effects.

Keep the cap closed tightly when not in use to protect the dry powder from ambient humidity.

MorsMade Spray Powder Colour is an ultra-fine, food-grade dry dusting powder packaged in an easy-to-use, non-aerosol squeeze-pump bottle. Specially designed to achieve dry airbrushing effects, it delivers a smooth, vibrant, and velvety mist of edible color directly onto sweet creations without requiring liquid mixing, alcohol, or complex airbrush equipment.

Ideal for surface decorating on rolled fondant, gumpaste sugar flowers, whipped cream, royal icing, chocolates, macarons, cake pops, and baked cookies. Perfect for creating smooth ombré color transitions, soft shading, highlights, or full coverage without adding excess moisture or softening delicate pastry surfaces.

I was worried the pump would clog after a few uses, but the spray mechanism is super smooth. Gave my macarons a gorgeous dusty velvet look without altering the taste at all.

No compressor setup, no alcohol mixing, and no cleanup. Just 3 4 light pumps of the Orange on chilled buttercream gave an instant ombre effect. Huge lifesaver for busy weekend orders.

The puff nozzle gives a really even, soft mist without dumping powder in one spot. Used the Pink over white chocolate domes and got an airbrushed velvet finish in seconds.
